    Strawberries,fresh ,stems removed-194 Grams
    Kiwi,fresh,peeled-2 or about 173 Grams
    Mango,fresh,peeled,sliced 1 large or 356 Grams
    Blueberries,fresh -101 Grams
    Carrots,fresh 2 medium or 141 Grams
    Chia seeds 2 tbs


A digital scale with conversions would be a bonus.


Wash all fruit and veggies before juicing.Remove the skin from the Mango and Kiwi,slice into juicable pieces.Remove stems from strawberries,juice.Add Blueberries,carrots add two tablespoons of Chia seeds.
