Introduction
Love this dish....its amazing! Not so diet friendly...but my real ingredients are probably a bit better. The bacon is the no nitrate, no preservative bacon made by Oscar Meyer. Ingredients

pam olive oil spray
tyson grilled chicken diced
Oscar Meyer Nitrate free bacon
4 eggs
Croissant dough
Fat Free Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Minced garlic
Vegetables of your choosing....
I used:
spinach
mushrooms
scallions
In other ones I've used:
tomatoes
onions
bell peppers
Tips
I'd advise you to place a pan under your pie to catch spillage.
Directions
line a glass pie pan with pam olive oil spray
preheat oven to 350
line pan with croissant dough so it overlaps the edge a bit and covers the entire dish with no holes
In a bowl or measuring cup mix 1 cup ff sour cream and 4 eggs. Beat in your spinach and garlic.
Place pie pan in oven for 6 minutes
Remove and pour egg mixture into the pan.
Add crumbled bacon and chicken (move the egg around to cover it a bit.
Add the mushrooms and cover them a bit with egg
Add scallions then top with cheddar cheese
bake for 30 min @350, checking every 10 minutes.
