    2 cups shredded mozarella cheese
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    1 cup egg whites
    4 oz cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    Turkey pepperoni, 30
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp Italian herbs


You can use any type of toppings you want. This tastes like the real thing and will satisfy most every low carber who misses REAL pizza! Trust me. 100% satisfaction so far, even from non low carbers.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle shredded mozarella evenly in the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan, sprayed with non stick spray (I use olive oil spray). In a blender, combine heavy cream, cream cheese and egg whites til well blended. Add parmesan cheese, garlic powder and italian herbs and again blend slilghtly until mixed in. Pour egg white mixture over mozarella cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until browned.

Remove from oven, add the toppings of your choice. (I used pepperoni, mozarella cheese, parmesan cheese and feta cheese, as stated). Bake until brown and bubbly.
