Number of Servings: 4

    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup low sodium taco seasoning
3 oz fat free cream cheese
    15 Jumbo Pasta shells
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/2 cup taco sauce
1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cook shells according to package directions for 'al dente', minus 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey until browned and cooked through. Add taco seasoning and cream cheese. Cover, remove from heat and let the mixture sit while the cheese melts.

4. Carefully, stuff the shells with the cream cheese mixture, place in a baking pan and cover with foil.

5. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the cheddar. Place back in oven, uncovered, and bake an additional 7 - 8 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
