    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Smoked Salmon (lox), 3 oz
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread (1 slice), 1 serving
    *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields
    *Cooking Spray, Pam, 1 serving

Tips

Digest well with green tea


Directions

Beat Eggs. Add Salt and Pepper, Parsley. Cook in medium heat after spraying pot with Pam Cooking Spray.

Serve on toast with Smoked salmon or seperaty. Add lemon juice to Smoke Salmon
