Ingredients

Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 cup
Currents, dried, 0.25 cup
Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 4 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 0.5 cup, hulled
Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 4 oz
Rice flour, brown, 2.5 cup
Tips
It is best to soak and sour the ingredients overnight to decrease phytic acid and improve digestibility of nutrients.
Directions
With a large spooin mix flour, seeds, and flax meal with yogurt and 2 cups of water in a medium bowl. Cover and store in room temperature over night.
In the morning, set the oven to 350.
Add chocolate chips and currents to the bowlm Mix by hand. Grease a muffin pan. Fill pan with mixture (roughly 3 tbsp per slot). Bake for 30 minutes
