Introduction

A quick beef meatball recipe. A quick beef meatball recipe.
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 lb 93% lean ground beef
    3/4 cups plain breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan
    1 onion, chopped
    1-2 tbsp dried basil
    1 tbsp dried oregano
    1 tsp garlic powder
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I use a small ice cream scoop to help make sure they're all the same size.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking dish with olive oil and put in oven while it's heating. Combine all other ingredients. Roll meatballs into golfball sized balls. Place in pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Serving Size: Makes 60-66 golfball sized meatballs - 3 meatballs per serving
