Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 tbsp Salsa
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 tbsp Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim, shredded
    1 tbsp Sour Cream
    1/4 Avocado

Directions

Heat oven to 425º. Spread salsa on the tortilla. Layer spinach, pepper and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Add sour cream and avocado.
