Ingredients

    4 lbs beef chuck or arm roast (for pot roast)
    1 large raw onion, coarsely chopped

Directions

Roughly chop the onions. Season the roast if you prefer. Place in a crock pot and cover with the onions. Cook for 8 hours on low heat. Then take two forks and pull the meat apart, removing any fat pieces. Serve hot.
