Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 large slice ginger root, slivered
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cups cabbage, shredded
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/4 cup chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
    2 Tbsp honey
    1/4 cup Ketchup
    1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (adjust to taste or omit)*
    1 Tbsp lime juice
    12 oz Tilapia or other white fish, cubed

Tips

Serve over brown rice or noodles with a side salad.
*I prefer scotch bonnet pepper sauce, but use what you prefer. Use as much or as little as you like!


Directions

1) saute oil, ginger, garlic, onion, cabbage and tomato until onion and cabbage are tender.
2) add stock, honey, ketchup, pepper and lime, simmer 2 minutes.
3) add Tilapia, cook until fish flakes.
