    Red Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, sliced
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, grated
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices
    Dulse, 1/3 Cup
    Sesame Oil, 3 tbsp
    Soy sauce (tamari), 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    *Lemon Juice, 0.5 fl oz
