Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can (10 oz) RoTel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
    1 can (15 oz.) Bush's Black Beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
    1 Old El Paso Soft Taco Dinner Kit
    1 cup light Sour Cream
    2 cups 4 Cheese Mexican Fancy Shredded Cheese

Tips

Top with taco sauce (from dinner kit), chopped fresh tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and chopped fresh cilantro.


Directions

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, zesty Italian dressing and taco seasoning (from dinner kit).
3. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange 4 flour tortillas (from dinner kit) in a single layer on bottom of dish. Top with half each of the meat mixture, sour cream (dollup) and cheese. Repeat layers; cover.
4. Bake for 30 min or until casserole is heated through. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 min or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 min before serving.
