Ingredients

    1.3 pd ground turkey (93% lean)
    1 28 oz can tomato sauce
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup V8 juice
    2 potatoes peeled, diced and parcooked in microwave for 8 minutes
    1 bag frozen soup vegetables
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    cabbage, 1/2 small head

Directions

Brown meat with salt, pepper, add cabbage and cook/sweat until it is soft, add all other ingredients, and enough water to fill to top of 6 qt simmer until done.
