Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 1 Tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
    *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    parsley, 1 tsp

Tips

You can also add a tsp of chives to this dish. I had this mayo with baked fish


Directions

Boil the egg for 7 minutes maximum

Once cooked, remove the outer shell and mash it up in a small bowl with a fork

Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well, add more salt and pepper if needed.
