Ingredients

    1 large banana
    3/4 cup of any non-fat Greek yogurt of your choice
    1/2 cup of chocolate soymilk
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 handfuls (or more to taste) of ice

    *Splenda or other sugar substitute

Tips

If your Greek yogurt is plain or your drink isn't sweet enough to your taste, add some sugar substitute. I used 4 single-serving packets of Splenda in my whole recipe.


Directions

Blend banana and Greek yogurt until smooth. Add cocoa powder and blend. Add soymilk and ice and blend again. Serve cold
