Ingredients

    1 Sugar Free Lime Jello
    1 cups boiling water
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup drained pineapple
    1 cup mini marshmallows
    4 tbsp low fat Cool Whip
    1 cup 1% cottage cheese

Tips

Also good with orange jello and mandarin oranges
*1 serving weighs 273 gr in 1/2 cup sized glass fruit nappie - counting nappie


Directions

1. boil 1 cup water and mix Jello powder
2. mix walnuts, drained pineapple, mini marshmallows, Cool Whip, and Cottage Cheese.
3. When jello is partially set, mix with other items
4. refrigerate for 2 hrs

Serving Size: makes 10 1/2 cup servings
