Ingredients

    1/2 cup coconut oil
    1/2 cup raw honey or coconut nectar
    1/3 cup cacao powder
    A dash of sea salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla powder
    2Tb shredded coconut
    2TB sliced almonds

Directions

Melt coconut oil in a pan over low heat (melts at around 90°F). Once melted, add the honey, cocoa powder, sea salt and vanilla, coconut shreds and almonds . Mix thoroughly with a whisk until combined. Spoon mixture into candy or ice trays that have been sprayed with coconut oil and place in freezer for 30 minutes or until solid. Remove fudge from trays and enjoy.
