Ingredients

    3 - 250g brick cream cheese
    3/4 c sugar
    3 eggs
    package of oreo cookies
    1/4 chocolate chips

    beat softened cream cheese & sugar together.
    beat in one egg at a time
    once smooth texture has been reached, spoon over muffin cup lined with oreo cookie.

    bake at 350 degrees for 17 - 20 mins
    let cool.
    melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cheese cakes
