Ingredients

    Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
    Chicken Bouillon
    3 garlic cloves
    4 small sweet peppers
    4 oz frozen broccoli
    3 cups diced butternut squash
    1 cup sweet peas
    1 cup spinach
    1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil (for cooking)

Directions

heat slow cooker at high, slice garlic and peppers into hot slow cooker with coconut oil with herb until aromatic; add broth then bouillon and stir; add all vegetables and stir; let cook on low for 2-3 hours.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 bowls of soup
