Ingredients

    .5 tbsp flax meal
    1 tbsp unsweetened, shredded coconut
    1 scoop (30 gm) sugar free chocolate protein isolate
    1 tbsp dry coco powder, unsweetened
    .5 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp coconut oil
    2 tbsp whipping cream
    1 whole egg


Tips

great when warm with a little butter or cream cheese


Directions

mix dry ingredients in a soup cup, add liquid coconut oil, mix well, add whipping cream, mix well, add whole egg, mix well.
cook in microwave on high for 1 minute. muffin will fill entire cup while cooking, then shrink to 3/4 when cooling.
