Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c. Fresh Strawberry, sliced
    1/2 c Fresh Banana, Sliced
    1/3c Maple syrup
    2 tsp soy milk
    4 oz Silken Tofu, cubed
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp ginger
    1/3 c unsweetened coconut
    1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar



Tips

If to thick add more soy milk.
For none Vegan alternative you can substitute plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, my sister says it works well. instead of the tofu.


Directions

If not done already, slice banana, strawberry and tofu. mix all in food processor until smooth, should be somewhat thin. mix until you like the constancy.
