Ingredients

    4 cups chicken broth
    1 cup snow peas
    1 cup bean sprouts
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    3 scallions
    Ginger
    1tbs lemon juice

Directions

Bring both to a boil, add mushroom, cook 5 min, add snow peas, scallions, bean sprouts, lemon & ginger. Cook 1 -3 minutes more.
