Ingredients

    Amaranth Grain, 1/4 cup, 2 serving (remove)
    *Trader Joe's Dried Bing Cherries, .5 cup (remove)
    *Apricots, Turkish Dried, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Honey, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    *cashew nuts, raw, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Bob's Red Mil Rolled Oats, 1.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except for eggs. Whisk eggs with a little salt until frothy, stir in with other ingredients. Drop heaping spoonfuls onto pan and shape with spoon. Cook on 350 for 15-18 minutes.
