Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    10 Chicken Wings (party size)
1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning (one without a lot of salt)
    1 Lemon (juiced)
    Oil (for frying)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Tips

Drying the wings with a paper towel before frying gives you a crisp skin since there is no flour coating. Without the flour makes it low carb.

Directions

Clean and rinse the chicken wings. Pat dry with paper towel. Season with salt and black pepper.
Heat oil to 375 and add wings. Careful not to crowd pan to bring down the temp of oil. Fry until desired crispness (about 13 minutes).
As soon as wings are done move them to a bowl and add lemon pepper seasoning and juice of lemon. Toss to coat wings and serve.
