Ingredients

    3/4 c of Milk
    2 tbsp white vinegar
    1 c whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    2 tbsp butter melted

Directions

1. Combine milk and vinegar mixing well and set aside to let the milk sour.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. mix egg with soured milk and melted butter
4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together
5. Using a non-stick skillet or griddle pour about 1/4 of the mixture on to the hot surface. pancakes are ready to flip once edges dry, and pancake sets enough to flip with no problems.
