Ingredients

    3 c. raw pumpkin, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 large potato
    2 c. skim milk
    2 c. chicken broth
    3 c. water or vegetable stock
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/2-1 tsp. of dried oregano, thyme and rosemary
    cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

Bring everything to a boil and let simmer until potato and pumpkin are tender. Blend until smooth.
