Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cans (14.5 oz ea) ready-to-serve chicken broth
    1 can (16oz) stewed tomatoes or 1 can diced tomatoes with 1/2 cup seasoning blend
    1 pkg, (16oz) McKenzie Vegetable Gumbo mixure
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey

Tips

I used leftover Turkey.


Directions

In 3 qt. saucepan, combine all ingredients except chicken. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in chicken. Simmer 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
