Ingredients

    2 bags Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 Onions, (Chopped)
    1/2 Green Peppers (Bell Chopped)
    2 Tbps Flour, white
    3/4 cup Milk, (skim)
    1/2 barra Light cream cheese (Softned)
    1/2 Cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, shredded
    4 Ham slices (Chopped)
    3 Eggs
    1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 small tomato (Sliced)
    1 Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake

Tips

Can do with or with out the ham


Directions

Mix all ingredients exept 1/2 of the shredded cheese, the tomato and the paprika. Fill crust and decorate with the slices of tomato, then sprinckle the rest of the shredded cheese and paprika.
Bake at 425F. for about 35 min or until crustis golden.
Remove from oven and let it sit for 5 min. before serving.
