Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey (85/15)
1 medium sweet onion, diced
1/2 large green bell pepper
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, with water
16 oz can Refried beans, fat free
1 packet Chili Seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
salt and pepper, to taste
Tips
If you like things spicy, substitute 2 cans of Rotel for the diced tomatoes, or add your favorite hot sauce.
Garnish ideas: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced onions, etc.
Directions
-Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over med-high heat until no longer pink.
-While turkey is browning, dice the onion and bell pepper; add to crockpot.
-Add cooked ground turkey and remaining ingredients to crock pot, plus 1/2 can of water. Stir to combine.
-Cook in crockpot on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Adjust seasoning before serving.
