    Butternut squash (2)
    Zucchini (2)
    Yellow Onion (1)
    Bell Pepper (2)
    EVO 2 tbsp

Tips

Goes well on rice.


Directions

Coarsely chop vegetables. Toss with 2 tbsp EVO and your favorite seasoning (I prefer Holland Grill Classic Greek) , Grill vegetables until tender (around 10 min).
