1 med butternut squash, peeled, cubed
1 med onion, chopped
1 tsp chopped garlic
3/4C skim milk
salt & pepper to taste
a couple'a shakes of nutmeg
Directions
sweat the onion until translucent, add the garlic, add squash and broth, boil until tender. add milk at the end, bring back up to boil
