Ingredients

    1 yellow cake mix
    1 large box orange jello (regular)
    1/2 large container Lite Cool Whip
    1 large can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions

Bake cake according to instructions. Let cool thoroughly. Prepare jello according to instructions. Poke numerous holes in cake (I use a thermometer) when cooled. Slowly pour liquid jello over entire cake (making sure jello seeps down holes). Refrigerate for 2 hrs or more. Spread Cool Whip over cake and top with drained mandarin oranges.

Serving Size: Makes 20 servings
