Whole family loved this trimmed down recipe. I served it with Sticky Chicken and a broccoli salad. Hubby said, "If this is diet food, count me in!" - 3/2/08

All I have to say is WOW! Great fat-free treat! Plus, healthy fruit to boot. Make sure to look for "no sugar added" on the can of crushed pineapple. Great for fall and winter holiday celebrations! - 8/17/08

I mix the dry pudding with the crushed pineapple with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. I mix this into the apples, then I mix fat free whipped topping into the mix. Delicious and very low in fat and low in calories. Great dish to take to gatherings. Be prepared for requests for the recipe! - 2/3/08
