Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Just amazing! So delicious. This is definately a great option for my sweet tooth without all the extra calories. Thank You so much for this recipe!
I love this salad and have made it in the past. It is good to know how many calories it has.
Question: The ingredients list calls for butterscotch pudding, but the calorie counter says chocolate pudding. Is there a difference in the calorie count between the two ingredients?
All I have to say is WOW! Great fat-free treat! Plus, healthy fruit to boot. Make sure to look for "no sugar added" on the can of crushed pineapple. Great for fall and winter holiday celebrations!
Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! This DEFINATELY does NOT taste low fat, let alone sugar free!! I will be making this again and again..oh and btw, be prepared to have a clean spoon on hand to have a midnight scoop (or two!!) WONDERFUL!!
This was the best! The apples stay crunchy and it keeps for several days. I think you should just give the calorie count for eating the entire bowl.
This is my favorite apple salad recipe. No one knows it's sugar free.
I mix the dry pudding with the crushed pineapple with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. I mix this into the apples, then I mix fat free whipped topping into the mix. Delicious and very low in fat and low in calories. Great dish to take to gatherings. Be prepared for requests for the recipe!
