Ingredients

    1 15 oz can chopped tomatoes
    1/2 red or green bell pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, sliced
    1/2 cup onion, sliced
    1 large Roma tomato, chopped
    1 TB sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 TB dried oregano
    1 Tb drived basil

Directions

Spray heated sauce pot with cooking spray, Saute onion, bell pepper and spices together till onions begin to become translucent. Add garlic, stirring so it doesn't burn, till fragrant. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt. Bring up to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer approximately 30 to 40 minutes or till nice and thick.

Spread on prepared raw pizza crust.

Serving Size: Generously tops a 12 inch pizza, eight slices
