Ingredients

    Flour, white, .5 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tbsp
    Baking Soda, .25 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Oats, Quaker, 1.25 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 6 oz., .5 serving
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup

Tips

No butter or oil in this recipe. Can substitute wheat flour for 1/2 the flour.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl and wet ingredients together in mixer. Add dry ingredients to mixer and mix for one minute. Spoon onto baking sheet and add one blueberry on top of each cookie. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.
