Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Beef, round steak, 250 grams
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Potato or corn flour, 50 grams
    Rice Noodles, 100 grams
    green onion (spring onion), 1 cup

Tips

Microwave Rice Noodles to soften for 1 minute, then chop if still in slab


Directions

1. Marinate Beef in half the oil, corn flour, garlic, light and dark soy sauce.
2. Stirfry beef in half the oil
3. Add chopped BokChoy/Choy Sum or other veggie
4. Add Rice Noodles and reduce heat. Stir
