Ingredients

    2 (6-oz) frozen flounder fillets, thawed
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus 2 sprigs
    ¼ teaspoon sea salt
    ¼ teaspoon pepper
    ¼ cup dry white wine
    ½ lemon, thinly sliced

Tips

Serve with Simple Radish Salad


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pat fish dry. Coat
with olive oil; sprinkle with chopped dill. Season
with salt and pepper. Place fish in a small
baking dish. Pour wine around fish in dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a
fork. Remove fish with large metal spatula.
Garnish with dill sprigs and lemon slices.
