Ingredients

    1/2 cup lentils (dry)
    1 tbsp. oil
    1 small onion
    1 small carrot
    1 tbsp. curry powder
    2 cup vegetable stock
    1 tbsp. tomato puree


Tips

try different spices and herbs. It's a very easy and basic dal dish. Serve with yoghurt


Directions

just put everything in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 to 8 hours.
1 garlic clove can be added if required.
