Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups oatbran
    300 mls cold water

    1 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
    1 cup white flour
    1/4 cup gluten flour
    1/4 cup ground millet
    2 Tbsp trim milk powder
    2 tsp salt
    4 tsp dried yeast (with improvers)

    150mls boiling water
    2 Tbsp oil
    2 Tbsp honey

Directions

Soak Oatbran (overnight if possible) in 300 mls of cold water
Add Oil and Honey to Boiling water then add to above mixture
Add dry ingredients and place in breadmaker

Serving Size: Approx 12 slices
