    cinnamon to taste, I add at least a tablespoon because I like heavy cinnamon taste plus the health benefits.

    Also, I used tapioca flour not arrowroot but that was the closest on the list.

    I do not use flour as I try to eliminate gluten.


This is not quite a bar, it's soft.
I just threw these ingredients together from what I had in the cupboard. I wanted to use up a small amount of raisins I had left.


mix all together. put into a sprayed 8 x 10 rectangular pan. cook at 350 for 60 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.
