Ingredients

*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 2 cup
Granulated Sugar, 100 grams
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Margarine like spread, approximately 60% fat, 150 grams
Milk, 2%, 235 grams
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 120 grams
*Wallnuts, 125 gram(s)
Raisins, 100 grams
Tips
Butter, milk and sour cream should all be as cold as possible.
Directions
Mix the baking powder into the flour than mix the flour and butter or margarine with a cookie dough cutter until you reach the texture of crumbs. You can also use a food processor. Add sugar and start mixing it in with a fork, then the raisins and the walnuts.
Add the milk and sour cream and mix only until just combined. Don't over-mix. Turn the dough unto a floured surface and gently spread it out with your fingers until it's approximately half and inch thick. Cut the dough into pieces with a knife and place in baking pan.
Cook for about 15-20 min at medium low heat.
Serving Size: makes 20 3-4 inches in diameter pieces
