    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .75 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Curry Spinach Hummus, 2 serving (remove)
    *Stove Top Stuffing mix, 1 box= 1 serving, unprepared, 2 serving (remove)
    *trans ocean crab classic flake style, 1.5 cup (remove)

Tips

I added crab last to quichetata mix that was in the muffin pans to make sure it was evenly distributed


Directions

Mix ingredients - except crab

Preheat oven to 425

Spray muffin tin generously. Fill to top. Add crab last.

Cook about 20 to 25 minutes until fully set.
