Ingredients

    2 cups dry Lentils
    1 medium Onion (diced)
    4 cloves Garlic (chopped)
    1 (7 oz) can Fire Roasted Chiles (Ortega)
    1 (14 oz) can Diced Tomatoes - No Salt Added
    3 cups Kale (chopped)
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp ground Ginger
    1 tbsp ground Cumin
    3 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth (Fat Free)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a 6 quart slow cooker
cook on low for about 6 hours
