Ingredients

    1 bag 4 cups Fresh organic Brussel Sprouts
    Garlic - 16 cloves fresh and peeled
    Queso Fresco, Casero Whole Milk Farmer's cheese
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Directions

Shop off stems of fresh Brussels Sprouts and slice in half. place in 2" deep baking dish. Sprinkle with peeled garlic cloves. Sprinkle moderately with Olive Oil, then shake pan around to make sure bottom of brussel sprouts are covered. Add no salt seasoning if desired. Cover pan with tinfoil to keep brussel sprouts from drying out. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Crumble or slice in cheese last 5 minutes. Serve hot - or warm. You can also slide these under the broiler for a crispier outcome - but keep a close watch and place pan on lowest rack - Makes a great Sunday afternoon snack. Make this recipe larger or smaller, get creative with your own spices.
