Ingredients

2 Small bananas
1 Cup of frozen strawberries
8 Ounces of original unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
2 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tsp cinnamon
In blender, combine frozen strawberries, milk and bananas and use the pulse button several times to chop these ingredients. Then add peanut butter, molasses, chia seeds and cinnamon then use the pulse button several times, take the top off and stir ingredients a couple times then use the blend or smoothie button to finish it.
Tips
* You can use more or less almond milk to make it as thick as you like.
* Almond milk can be substituted for coconut or soy milk depending on your taste.
