Introduction

Good way to get in protein and potassium and not to much of a horrible sweet disaster! Good way to get in protein and potassium and not to much of a horrible sweet disaster!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    -1 small Banana, frozen and sliced
    - 3 medium, or large, your choice, strawberries, fresh, - - 1/2 cup Milk, nonfat
    -2 tbsp Peanut Butter (I used Smuckers natural reduced fat)
    -2 ice cubes
    -1 tsp Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon ( crushed )


Tips

If you want more of a banana/strawberry flavor, add more, try a fresh one!


Directions

In blender, puree first five ingredients 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glass, sprinkle with crushed graham cracker crumbs and enjoy.
