Ingredients

2 cups of chopped carrots
2 cups of chopped celery
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 Pound of boneless skinless chicken breast diced
3 tbsp margerine butter blend
about 1/4 cup of salt (to taste)
Directions
Melt margerine in pan and sautee garlic
Season chicken with seasoning salt and add to pan. Sautee.
Add all the veggies and pour in chicken broth.
Stir all ingredients together and reduce heat to low.
Simmer with top on for about an hour, or until all veggies are soft.
