Ingredients

    1 small pita
    1/2 cup part skim ricotta
    1 oz shredded mozzarella
    1 tbsp parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup frozen spinach drained
    1 tsp olive oil, garlic powder, pepper
    1/2 cp Ragu





Tips

Serve with 1/2 cup pasta and green salad for a complete dinner meal for one. Adjust calorie count accordingly


Directions

In a bowl comb ricotta, mozzarella and 1/2 parmesan cheese, set aside. Thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out all liquid. Mix with oil and seasonings. Combine with ricotta mixture and stuff pita. Wrap in foil and bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with sauce and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
