Ingredients

    420 grams kidney beans - canned and drained
    1 tablespoon coffee
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    70 grams unsweetened cocoa
    1 teaspoon baking powder (use gluten free to make a GF recipe)
    1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    125 grams butter
    5 eggs
    180g raw sugar

Tips

My oven is not very hot and struggles to maintain 180 degrees, so you might need to check on the cooking, if at 180 degrees maybe only 20 minutes needed.


Directions

In you TM puree the beans, water/coffee, 1 egg and vanilla until smooth, SPEED 7. Set aside

Beat butter and sugar SPEED 5, 30 seconds

add bean mixture SPEED 4, 5 seconds

Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and blend for 10 seconds SPEED 4.

Pour batter into patty cases to make into a cup cake style of cake. Cook for 20-25 minutes, complete when skewer goes into the middle and comes out clean, 180 degrees
